For fifteen years, Keiron has facilitated training and developed training programs in areas ranging from mediation and conflict resolution to team building and leadership for corporate, government, and community-based organizations. Practicing in the context of workplace and family conflict, he specializes in the building and rebuilding of long term collaborative relationships. In addition to his own mediation practice, he has trained and managed two teams of mediators.

At Vancouver Film School, Keiron teaches team building and related courses in Digital Design, Entertainment Business Management, Film Production and Sound Design as well as specialized classes in Foundation and 3D Animation.
