Ryan North works at Rainmaker Entertainment, most recently on their first theatrical release, Escape from Planet Earth, as a lighting and compositing artist. Prior to that he worked on Barbie: Princess Charm School as his first post-graduation gig.

Before attending the 3D Animation & Visual Effects program at VFS, Ryan gathered experience by working as a Production Assistant on large productions, volunteering for film shoots and 48hr film festivals, producing fashion editorial photo shoots, as well as partnering with long-time friends and former classmates to begin a commercial production and design company. While these endeavors had varying degrees of success, Ryan gained valuable experience from each project.

Full of stories and creativity, Ryan is happy to help out with pretty much anything.
