2013 Game Design Expo Scholarships
Kick-start your career in games! Game Design Expo Scholarships to the VFS Game Design program create opportunities for aspiring game designers from around the world. Scholarships of up to $15,000 are available for our August or October 2013 classes.
Seats are limited and scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis. We urge you to apply as soon as possible.

VFS 2013 SXSW Scholarship
Vancouver Film School is excited to attend SXSW 2013. Just as SXSW presents a unique convergence of independent films and emerging technologies, VFS offers 13 world-class post-secondary programs spanning every aspect of the entertainment arts.
To celebrate our SXSW attendance, we are offering up to $150,000 in scholarships across all of our programs in amounts spanning from $1,500 to $10,000.
VFS 2013 SXSW Scholarship applications are now being accepted. The scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis and may be applied to the April, June, and August 2013 start dates.

Captive / VFS Film Production Scholarship
Vancouver Film School is proud to partner with the alumni who created Captive to provide scholarship opportunities for aspiring filmmakers who wish to attend the VFS Film Production program.
In 2012, we were blown away by our Film Production students who made the action-packed feature-length thriller Captive at VFS. The film debut was so successful that Vancouver independent film production and distribution company, Blackrock Films, acquired the North America rights to the film and is officially releasing it in early 2013.
